orders will arrive to you within 5-7 Business

MOST orders are shipped within 72 hours
from placement of order. Special
ordered, "out of stock", or
backordered
items may require more time.
Safety
We sell parts under the
assumption that you have the ability and knowledge to safely install
them. If you can't, please find someone who can.
Never attempt repairs without first removing the spark plug wire(s)
from the
Spark Plug(s)!!!! a hand is a terrible thing to waste!
Gasoline is dangerous.
If you don't know what you are doing, DON'T DO IT!
Once parts leave here your safety is is your
own liability.
We have no control on the installation methods or procedures.

Any personal information that you supply to The Mower
Parts Store, MowerPartsStore.Com or its affiliates will not be
sold or released to anyone (unless required by law).
Credit card information is kept confidential and will only be viewed
by persons processing the credit card.
Shipping information will be supplied only to our shippers for delivery
purposes only.
Upon occasion, your Credit Card company may contact us for
verification of your
cardholder information for your protection. We first verify their
credentials before releasing information and release only the
information required for purchase verification.
Our shopping cart uses "cookies" to keep contents of shopping cart,
but will function if cookies
are disabled. These are not "tracking cookies" and are not used to
gather information from
your computer.
Your name, e-mail address, address, or telephone number will never be
sold or distributed.
We only use your provided contact information in conjunction with
the order it was submitted with.
We do NOT automatically
subscribe you to any bulk email or newsletters of any sort.
Subscription to our newsletter is optional.
Exchange &
Return Policies
No
returns after 30 days of recipt will be accepted.
Any Package "Refused" or "Non Deliverable" due
to a
bad address provided by you are subject to a 15% restock fee and
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Be sure to double check your
shipping address.
ALL Returns Must FIRST be
authorized by the personnel at
The Mower Store before returning. Call us
at

Authorization number MUST be written on the package.
ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED
TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS OR
ELECTRICAL ITEMS.
Warranty repair or replacement only.
NO RETURNS ON WHOLE GOODS,
ENGINES, OR SHORT BLOCKS TRANSAXLES OR DECKS.
NO RETURN ON INSTALLED PARTS!

All items must be
returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, un-used and
in
sellable condition. Installed parts are only returnable for
exchange if defective.

We are not
responsible for unseen delays for "special ordered" items, or
production delays as they are beyond our control. We will,
however, notify you if an item is on "backorder" as soon as we
become aware of it, and give you the opportunity to cancel
your order.

If we have made an
error in parts shipped, we will assume only the
responsibility of purchase price, and shipping both ways. Items
are to be returned in new condition and shipped in the manner
we specify. You will not be charged a restocking fee.

All Warranties are
those of the parts manufacturers. The Mower Store neither offers
nor implies warranty of any type for products sold by us or
through our services. If you
have a warranty claim, Please let us know, and we will put you
in contact with the
part manufacturer.

All Returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

"Special Order"
items are not returnable.
(Decks, Baggers, Engines, Accessories, and factory
ordered parts.)

If we have sent
you a part that is wrong, and you provided the part
number, you are responsible for all return freight and any
incurred expenses.

Shipping Charges
Insurance:
We can only replace lost or damaged packages if you agree to
the Insurance charges on the
checkout page. Tracking lost or damaged packages is very
time consuming, and puts your
package in to a "investigational hold" which can take in
excess of a week for UPS to find,
or list as missing. Damage claims can take even longer.
Insured packages are reshipped as soon as we are aware of
the problem.... |

UPS GROUND
unless you specify otherwise. Delivery time may vary with
your location.

are charged A flat $68.00 To Commercial Addresses
and A flat Fee of $117.00 to Residential Addresses
Extreme West Locations May Be Higher

Orders (Including Canada and Mexico)

All
levy's, taxes, excises, duties, surcharges, exchange rates,
imposts,
or other charges applicable to the order
are the sole responsibility of the customer (You).
We do
not charge these fees, nor collect them in behalf of your
Country,
If you have questions concerning these charges, contact your
appropriate
government officials. We do not have any rates on such
charges.
All payments shall be made in United States dollars
and the exchange rate shall be as provided by the customer's
credit card issuer.
We reserve the right to
refuse any order.

Parts Availability
We carry THOUSANDS
of parts in our inventory, and have many more available
through our suppliers. No warehouse can carry all parts for all
mowers though; Rare or odd parts may have to be ordered
directly from the the OEM suppliers and will take additional
time.
Pricing and Information
All prices are
supplied to us by the equipment manufacturers. We make every effort
to keep
this information correct and up to date, but all prices,
descriptions, availability, and other
conditions, are subject to change as the Manufacturers see fit.
We will try to notify you of any changes concerning your order, but
we are not responsible
for the outcome or impact of these changes.
